The Future Is What We Build It

Boacon Contractors has goals associated with sustainability, our people and governance. We focus on strategies to reduce carbon at our project sites and offices. At the same time, we are actively working to reduce water use, increase waste diversion, select healthy and sustainable materials and support the wellness of our employees. We have also set annual performance goals for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Community (DEIc), recruiting and retention, training, supplier diversity, community involvement, cybersecurity, AI governance and many others.
