Producing the Very Best

Boacon Contractors is renowned for its exceptional craftsmanship, seamlessly integrated into every project. Quality is not just a final outcome but a fundamental aspect of each stage of the process. From the initial planning phase, Boacon Contractors implements a rigorous quality control system, ensuring thorough supervision, inspections, testing, and documentation at every step. This meticulous approach guarantees excellence in every project.

Unlike conventional quality control programs that rely on inspections and punch lists to assess completed work, Boacon Contractors employs a Six-Step Quality Control Process. This method ensures that all craft, trade, and management personnel receive proper training, fully understand project requirements, and adhere to high-quality standards both before and during project execution.

Boacon Contractors’ Six-Step Process includes:

Purchasing Meeting

The purpose of this meeting is to establish a comprehensive scope of work, assess subcontractor capabilities, and effectively communicate the quality control plan to all subcontractors.

Premobilization Meeting

This meeting is conducted with each subcontractor before work begins to review the quality control plan and ensure their project management teams are fully committed to maintaining quality standards.

Preparatory Meeting

Conducted one to two weeks before starting each definable feature of work, this meeting ensures that the supervising foreman fully understands contract requirements, drawings, specifications, potential hazards, and safety considerations.

Initial Inspection

During the initial inspection, which takes place after the preparatory meeting, the foreman installs a representative sample of the work. This sample must be inspected and approved before proceeding with the rest of the project.

Follow-Up Inspections

Follow-up inspections are conducted every two to four weeks after work has commenced.

Final Inspection

Final Inspections occur at the conclusion of each definable feature of work to verify that any deficiencies have been resolved.
